Refund policy

At Dual Sport, we take pride in the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is important to us. Our Returns & Exchanges Policy is as follows:

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy for damaged or defective items. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will provide instructions on how to return the item with a return label and issue a refund or replacement once the return is processed.

Exchanges

We may accept size exchanges depending on inventory availability. If you need to exchange a product for a different size, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to inquire about availability. We will guide you through the exchange process if the requested size is available.

To initiate a return or exchange, you can contact us at dualsport@heavenlystudios.com. Items returned to us without prior notice and confirmation of eligibility cannot be accepted.

Important Information

  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unused and unworn), with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Approved returns will be automatically refunded and processed within 10 business days; please also keep in mind your bank's processing time.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
